How it works:
- Make an appointment to see me.
3. After doing extensive research on the information you provide, I will create a very detailed and comprehensive diet and lifestyle regimen for you to follow.
4. We'll meet and I'll do some physical assessments such as hair, skin and nail appearance to determine specific nutrients you may be deficient in. Then, we'll go over your new lifestyle plan.
After this initial consultation, we can schedule at least one, (most people need two or three) follow-up visit(s). This will allow for us to alter your plan if it needs to be.
I like to check in with my clients periodically to make sure the plans I've created for them are working. If not, I like to make changes to accommodate their lifestyle, but most important, I want for you to see positive results!
